Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
We do NOT ship super fast because we want to give you free shipping. Most of our customers are okay with getting their order a little slower than normal if they can save on the shipping. It’s rare that our customers need their items this weekend.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You should get your tracking number within 5 business days.
Based on the country of delivery, expect your package at your door within the following times:
- USA: 12-15 business days
- UK: 20-30 business days
- CANADA: 1-2 Months
- AUSTRALIA: 1-2 Months
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you order more than one item, your items WILL arrive at different times. Please don’t expect all items to arrive in one big package.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, UK, Canada, and Australia.
No P.O. Boxes please.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email withing 5 business days once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim and get a refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
